Agreement to appear in pictures taken during the conference that will be published online
By participating at the symposium you are giving your consent to appear in group pictures taken during the meeting which will be published online. If you do not agree with this, please inform us as soon as possible, either prior to the event by email to info.syis@gmail.com or on the day of the event at the registration desk in written form. The notice needs to be placed latest by the end of the symposium (23.08.23, 18:00).
Scientific data protection
Unless the author has given their consent, taking pictures or recording of data in any form (audio/video recordings, pictures of slides or posters) is not allowed.
Certificate of attendance
Please make sure to register at the registration desk in order to receive a certificate of attendance. You will receive the certificate by email after the event. We can only guarantee a certificate of attendance for participants who register during the event. If you were awarded a travel grant, you need to register at the registration desk in order to receive the money.
Directions
The Symposium will take place at Auditorium Ettore Rossi Children’s Hospital, Inselspital (Entrance 17) Freiburgstrasse 15, 3010 Bern. The location can easily be reached by public transport, taking either the 101/100 Postauto from Bern, Schanzenstrasse and exiting at Bern, Inselplatz or the Line 12 from Bern, Hauptbahnhof/Bern, Hirschengraben and exiting at Bern, Inselspital.
